General Policies

Guidelines are provided to achieve optimal results; however, results are not guaranteed as healing varies per individual. Please review our FAQ page to ensure you are a suitable candidate before booking.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total. Deposits are only valid for the originally scheduled service and cannot be transferred to another service.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Changes made within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. If you are sick within this timeframe, you may reschedule with a doctor’s note to transfer your deposit.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost, which is non-refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled twice without penalty. Additional changes will result in a forfeited deposit. Due to limited availability, rescheduled appointments may be delayed 4–8 weeks.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Healed results vary by client. In some cases, additional makeup (pencil or powder) may still be needed to achieve your desired look.
Most services require a minimum of two sessions (Microblading, Hyperrealism, Powder Brows, Lip Blush, Lash Enhancement) for best results. Additional sessions may be needed and will be charged accordingly.
Appointment confirmations are sent as a courtesy. Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information is correct. Missed appointments will still fall under our policy.
Prices are subject to change at any time and may vary for travel or special circumstances.
TOUCH-UPS & REVISITS
Touch-ups must be scheduled:
Brows: no sooner than 6–8 weeks
Lip Blush: no sooner than 4–6 weeks
Eyeliner: no sooner than 6-8 weeks
Skin must be fully healed before additional work is performed. We reserve the right to decline service if healing is incomplete. Booking too early may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
Touch-ups must be completed within 6 months of the initial appointment. After this period, the service will be considered a Revisit and priced accordingly.
Revisit appointments are for existing clients only and must be maintained within 24 months of your last session. After 24 months, it will be considered a new session.

GIFT CERTIFICATES & REFERRALS
Gift certificates and charitable donations are non-refundable, non-transferable to existing clients, and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuity. Please ensure the recipient is a suitable candidate prior to purchase.
Referral credits:
Cannot be combined with promotions or discounts
Can only be earned by existing clients

PREVIOUSLY TATTOOED OR MICROBLADED CLIENTS

If you have had previous work done by another artist, a clear photo must be submitted and approved prior to booking.
Failure to do so may result in appointment cancellation and loss of deposit.
In some cases, we may not be able to work over previous work due to:
Existing pigment being too dark
Undetectable scar tissue that may reject pigment
Liability and insurance limitations
If you are unhappy with previous work, we recommend removal prior to booking.
We offer saline removal, which may significantly lighten or remove pigment, though results vary depending on pigment type, age, and technique used.
For laser removal, we recommend NEODERMA in Anaheim.
STUDIO POLICIES
No guests allowed in the service area (lounge seating available)
No one under 18 permitted in the studio
No pets allowed (service animals only)
No food in the procedure area
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
